We are looking to hire dynamic, customer-oriented Store Operations Associates. The ideal candidates will be passionate ambassadors of our Virtual Reality (VR) Experience and Brand.
•Act as Brand Ambassador: share information with potential guests about this unique virtual reality experience in a manner that encourages them to take the journey that day!
•Execute opening and closing procedures for store
•Facilitate ticketing, check in, loyalty program, retail and other guest service needs using various sales systems
•Ensure working order of attractions hardware and software
•Provide friendly, helpful and fast guest service while ensuring guest safety
•Assist guests in putting on/taking off required VR gear and explain use within show
•Perform functions related to operation of VR experience, including use of tablet technology (Microsoft, Apple, HP)
•Be a team player; help create and maintain positive work environment with guests, supervisors, peers, subordinates, vendors or partners
