TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified Virtual Reality Engineers interested in virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) opportunities at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.

Description:

* The candidate will be the operator of the Virtual Environment Lab (VEL) and responsible for maintaining the hardware and software.
* Coordinate and interface with multiple engineering disciplines, system elements, and customers, as well as participate in reviews, meetings, working groups, task teams, and trade studies.
* Assist in integrating multiple technologies into a cohesive virtual environment for analysis purposes.
* Assist in working with software developers to solve issues between software/hardware being used to perform the VR/AR assessments.
* Update programming tools for various AR/VR platforms
* Participate in showcasing the VEL's capabilities to external customers for future work.

Minimum Qualifications:

* US Citizenship required
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Video Game Development with 2 years of experience.
* Experience with one or more of the following Software Packages/Languages: Unity3D, Unreal Engine, Pro Engineer/Creo, MS Visual Studio, gaming methodologies, Vicon Shogun, Blender, C#, JavaScript
* Experience with AR/VR headsets such as HoloLens and HTC Vive, Haptic Feedback gloves, Vicon Motion capture system
* Experience developing and integrating products across multiple teams.
* Understanding of how VR/AR is used to help engineering assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

* MS Office products
* Ability to adapt quickly to obstacles and changing demands
* Self-motivated, team player willing to work in dynamic work environments.
