Ctrl V needs more humans to job. We are a growing company expanding across North America and are seeking part-time individuals to join our Bear, Delaware team! The current opening are available below:

Customer Service Specialist

• Greeting patrons as they arrive for their scheduled sessions
• Processing walk-in customers using a POS system
• Aiding patrons with signing consent forms and checking them in for appointments
• Assist Ctrl V patrons with setup and use of the VR system
• Assist in the hosting of birthdays and corporate events
• General cleaning of arcade facility and hardware
• Checking-in guests and assigning VR stations
• Complete VR station bookings and refunds through the POS terminal
• Technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Learning existing and new content to better assist customers
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• General cleaning - dusting, garbage, vacuuming
• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Ability to open and close store by yourself

Starting Rate: $11.75 / hour
Start Date: ASAP

The only unfortunate part of this job is that all staff must play VR games as part of the job. We know it doesn't sound like fun, but you will have to be paid to play hours and hours of VR content .
