**Required Skills:**

Software Engineer, Security - Reality Labs Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement systems that enhance the security of Meta Reality Labs' products and infrastructure

2. Conduct design and code reviews

3. Provide security guidance to new projects, initiatives and partner teams

4. Code in some combination of C, C++, Rust, Java, and Python depending on the task

5. Work cross-functionally to enhance and develop secure solutions for consumer AR/VR devices

**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. 5+ years of software development experience

7. 2+ years of experience developing and implementing security features and solutions

8. Technical depth in at least one of the following areas: microarchitecture exploit and mitigation implementations, hypervisors and trusted execution environments, code authentication from boot chain of trust through runtime verification, practical system penetration mechanisms and mitigations, sandboxing processes, applied cryptography, developing low-level operating system components (e.g. AOSP, Windows, Linux, QNX), or application of developer tooling at scale to harden code

9. Experience building systems and processes in cross-functional environments

10. Experience designing and implementing security-enhancing features in customer-facing systems

11. Experience advocating for technical security solutions across functional domains

12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

13. Experience with Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies

14. Experience demonstrating exploits on real-world systems

15. Experience finding vulnerabilities at scale with developer tooling (e.g. fuzzing, static analysis)

16. Experience patching exploits in fielded products

17. BS or more advanced degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience

18. Experience working on MDM and remote management software

**Public Compensation:**

$140,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
