We have developed our own exercise machine that integrates with our custom virtual reality game. Currently we have six gym locations open, with plans for dozens more locations over the next 12 months. Our opened gyms are in San Francisco, California, Idaho, and Arizona.

We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate QA Lead to deliver test plans on pre-release versions of software to detect and record product defects. You will champion the quality of our games and services. Reports to the Technical Director. Candidate needs to be local to the Boise, Idaho area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test efforts and take on test requests from Developers/Software Engineers
• Work with gym managers, developers, designers and users to collect bug reports 
• Test hardware, mobile apps and VR game
• Testing of cable based gym workout machine
• Write descriptive bug reports with steps to reproduce and expected results
• Identify, isolate, regress, and communicate issues/defects effectively and efficiently
• Create, maintain, and execute Test Cases and Tasks using in-house and 3rd-party testing tools
• Maintain documentation to transfer knowledge and provide mentorship to newer team members
• Execute test cases, regress bug fixes
• Manage external QA teams to execute testing plans
• A passion for health and fitness and an understanding of how difficult it can be for the average person to adhere to a traditional workout program
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus (But Not Required) Skills:

• Experience working with Video Game QA
• Experience with Virtual Reality Applications
