Summary:
Program Manager working with AR/VR programs, fast paced environment; must have worked in similar fast-paced environments (gaming, production, start-up, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• They will need to manage multiple programs and deal with external vendors to help deliver programs.
• Prepare status reports and related project documentation including project issue log and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and software release process. Facilitate meetings as required.
• Manage project financials as required.
• Previous experience with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) projects.
• Experience as Program / Project Manager leading software development teams.
• Led program / project teams using Agile methodology and leading Scrum/Kanban teams as a Scrum Master.
• Experience leading/managing 3rd party vendors and managing many concurrent programs / projects.

Must have Skills

• 6-9+ years Program / Project Management or Video Game Producer Experience
• Experience working on/managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Extensive knowledge of the discipline, with ability to see around corners, mitigate risk, and carefully plan ambiguous projects
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to work with lots of different types of people, and leverage relationships to solve problems in ambiguous situations
• Skilled in participatory leadership, persuasion, and targeted communications
• Experience within AR/VR Space (preferred not required)
• Background in Video Game industry (preferred not required)
