The Product Information Training Analyst will be an integral support member for our Customer Facing Systems team. As the primary point of contact, this team member will be responsible for a seamless onboarding experience while supporting vendor training and onboarding for item set up and product data. Responsible for (leading) overall onboarding strategy and troubleshooting/resolution of vendor issues.  They will also act as a liaison for internal cross-functional teams. Must demonstrate consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to work effectively within a team. 

Job Duties

  • Responsible for synchronizing and coordinating with internal and external business teams to fully onboard and maintain vendor relationship
  • Responsible for troubleshooting Supplier issues regarding onboarding and own to the point of resolution
  • Serves as a subject  matter expert of functionality of vendor data portal and Advance product data requirements.
  • Maintain vendor contact information for all areas of customer facing systems
  • Deliver subject matter specific micro-learning sessions to vendor community
  • Owns documentation of process and communication of updates to portal users
  • Escalated systematic issues within vendor portal to IT teams and assist in testing
  • Maintain open communication with merchant team in order to escalate training opportunities and learn of potential new suppliers
  • Owns systematic internal set up to ensure proper flow of product data into AAP systems

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required. Must have the ability to communicate promptly, professionally, clearly in person and via written correspondence

Qualifications

  • Training experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in automotive industry preferred
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
