Description
The Research Assistant will be primarily responsible for managing the VR and audio recording equipment and scheduling and administering VR simulations as well as pretests and posttests with each participant. About the Project The Ivy Tech/Purdue University National Science Foundation Advanced Technology Education (NSF ATE) project team has developed an adaptive virtual reality (VR) platform to help manufacturing technician students better learn and apply communication skills. Students in Ivy Tech's advanced manufacturing programs will participate in the VR simulations, while the paid research assistants will help to oversee the project.
