Office Manager -

A local company is adding an Office Manager to their team! The company has been in business for over 15 years and they're growing and offer some really great perks! You will have some occasional flexibility to work from home and they pay for your medical insurance for the employee! The successful candidate will work very closely with the owner of the company and if you posses the right skill set, will be looked at to transition into their corporate controller!

Main responsibilities of the Office Manager -

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • GL accounting and Journal Entries
  • Payroll for approximately 20 employees (mix of drivers, hourly and salary employees)
  • New Hire Orientation and Paperwork
  • Onboarding, training and new hire set up
  • Manage employee records and filing
  • Assist the owner with ad hoc projects and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications of the Office Manager -

  • Min 3 years similar experience as listed above
  • Prefer at least a 2 year degree
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate others!
