Adecco is currently assisting a globally known client in their efforts to fill a eLearning Instructional Designer position in Nashville, TN paying $38.00 / hr. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week)
  • Length: 6+ month contract
  • Shift/Hours: Mon - Fri / 8:00 - 5:00
  • Pay Rate: $38.00 per hr / Adecco W2
  • Requirements for this eLearning Instructional Designer job include, but are not limited to:

  • 7+ years extensive experience with authoring tools, such as Storyline, or similar, as well as JavaScript for xAPI
  • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.)
  • Advanced Multi-media development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with emerging tech trends for content creation (e.g. gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality and xAPI)
  • 7+ years experience with coordination and organization for global initiatives.
  • Experience in a fast paced work environment

  • Qualifications for this eLearning Instructional Designer job include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive ELearning dev skills (this includes extensive Storyline experience)
  • Instructional design experience and education/credentials
  • Interaction with team and stakeholders - good communication skills
  • Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications, HTML and Photoshop
  • Experience using e-learning software, such as Captivate or Viewlet Builder
  • Proven competence using a Learning Management System (LMS)
