HR Solutions partners with all areas of HR and provides support for a multitude of existing processes and defines new processes. This role will partner with our external vendor Alight and assist on managing the Service Center that currently supports Benefits, Payroll and HR policies. The Service Center is extremely busy and receives over 700 calls a day from employees, both active and termed. This individual will work with the offshore teams and advise on enhancements to existing processes such as employment verifications, unemployment and service awards.
