Your responsibilities will include the creation, tracking, reporting and analysis of investments in headcount, operating expenses and capital expenditures for the Meta's Reality Labs organization. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment.Finance Manager, Meta Reality Labs Responsibilities* Manage all FP&A activities for a growing Reality Labs Research team including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning* Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis* Drive data driven decision making & analysis of deal structure and strategic roadmap investments* Deep dive into critical capital Investments, product COGS, HC requirements, and long term strategic implications of agreements* Manage financial implications associated with acquisitions or joint development agreements* Partner with product teams to forecast the financial implications of new devices and features* Develop forecasting models in a dynamic production and R&D environment* Create strong business partnerships with various functions across the AR/VR business* Provide insights to business partners through variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting processes* Collaborate with groups in finance and operations, including vendor management, fixed assets, accounting and taxMinimum Qualifications* Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to leadership* Experience partnering with and influencing functional leaders* Bachelor's degree* 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or finance, including 3+ years of FP&A experiencePreferred Qualifications* Master in Business Administration* Experience managing diverse product portfolios* Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with senior leadership* Experience with building financial models in Excel* Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity* Exposure to large scale product development* Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning* Experience with PowerPoint, Oracle and HyperionLocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
